Student Recruitment Representative

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and provide information about our programs and admission process
• Aid potential students in completing the enrollment process, including gathering necessary documentation and guiding them through the necessary steps
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective students to ensure a smooth transition into their educational journey
• Follow up with prospective students who have expressed interest but have not yet enrolled
• Provide guidance and support to prospective students throughout the application and enrollment process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all student interactions and inquiries

Requirements

• Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role
• 2 to 3 years of outbound calling, admissions, or call center experience
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Prior experience in higher education, vocational schools, or admissions is a plus
