Student Employee (IMC/ER)

About the role

This position in the Bailey Small Animal Teaching Hospital assists with patient care in the Intermediate Care (IMC) unit and with patients presenting through the emergency service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care
• Administer medications
• Perform technical skills such as venipuncture and IV catheter placement
• Maintain cleanliness of the hospital
• Restock supplies

Requirements

• Must be a currently enrolled Auburn University Vet School student
• Willingness to learn and follow directions
