Responsibilities
- Carry out weekly inventory checks of classroom furniture and chairs, documenting any maintenance needs.
- Perform weekly cleaning and basic upkeep of classroom technology and equipment, such as computers, keyboards, and related items.
- Maintain the condition of facilities and grounds, ensuring janitorial and maintenance services are completed as needed.
- Deliver classroom supplies, like markers, erasers, and whiteboard cleaners, to all study areas, classrooms, and team rooms weekly.
- Relocate furniture for events or office reconfigurations, and pack items for moving or storage as required.
- Absorb and lift items under 25 lbs. independently, and assist with items up to 50 lbs.
- Support the Events team with setup and breakdown tasks, including arranging chairs, tables, staging, podiums, linens, and other equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Enrolled undergraduate student at Auburn University.
- Arrive promptly for shifts dressed in provided uniform, maintaining a professional appearance and enthusiastic attitude.
- Show strong organizational and documentation skills to support daily responsibilities.
- Be available between 7:45 AM and 4:45 PM to support operational and event needs.
- Show reliability and flexibility.
