Student Co-Op: Administrative Assistant
Position Summary
We are seeking an organized, self-motivated Administrative Assistant Co-Op Student to join our Sonoco Metco Plant.
Clerical Duties
- Filing, scanning, etc.
- Maintain and replenish office supplies as well as tools.
- Answer phone/e-mail and direct customers/visitors to appropriate personnel for assistance.
- Distribute mail and faxes; prepare written correspondence.
- File and maintain all relevant documents.
- Perform other similar and related duties as assigned.
Required Education & Experience
- Must be a high school co-op student
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and Leadership skills
- Intermediate MS Office Skills
