Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and format basic correspondence, letters, and document shells.
- Auxiliary with creating and formatting briefs and other documents.
- File and organize documents in iManage and other electronic systems.
- Navigate various search and document management systems, such as Relativity and Westlaw, as needed.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to attorneys and the team.
- Maintain organized electronic files and assist with routine office tasks.
- Communicate professionally with attorneys, staff, clients, and other contacts.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous administrative, secretarial, or office experience is preferred.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn new software and technology quickly.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability, responsiveness, and willingness to learn.
- Legal experience is not required; training will be provided on firm-specific systems, processes, and legal terminology.
