Responsibilities

• Guide prospective students through the admissions journey by presenting programs, answering questions, and enrolling qualified candidates while maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Manage inquiry tracking, documentation, and database entries with precision while maintaining consistent communication through phone, email, and text outreach.
• Support enrollment forecasting and recruitment efforts by participating in events such as open houses, school visits, and community presentations while fostering a collaborative, student-focused campus environment.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma
• Face-to-face sales, marketing, or customer service experience
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Clear and confident communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• A strong drive to achieve assigned goals
• The ability to perform well in a fast-paced setting while showing initiative
• The ability to communicate clearly and effectively over the phone and in person
