As a key member of our admissions team, you’ll act as a trusted advisor, project manager, and student advocate, helping prospective and incoming students successfully navigate admissions, enrollment, onboarding, orientation, and academic progression. Leveraging technology, data, and exceptional communication skills, you'll manage a dynamic student pipeline, coordinate critical enrollment activities, and deliver a concierge-level experience that supports both student success and the College's enrollment objectives.

Responsibilities
- Guide prospective students through the admissions, enrollment, and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience from interview to matriculation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for qualified applicants and incoming students, delivering exceptional service through phone, email, virtual, and in-person interactions.
- Build relationships with prospective students to maintain engagement, support enrollment goals, and encourage successful matriculation.
- Coordinate admissions events, interview days, and orientation programs, including scheduling, communications, presentations, and logistics.
- Monitor application and enrollment progress, ensuring all required documentation, compliance requirements, and deadlines are completed accurately and on time.
- Partner with Financial Aid and university departments to help students navigate requirements and successfully complete the enrollment process.
- Manage applicant and enrollment data, maintain accurate student records, track enrollment metrics, and generate reports to support operational and enrollment objectives.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, streamline communications, and support an exceptional student experience.
- Support recruitment events, enrollment initiatives, and strategic outreach efforts that attract prospective students and contribute to enrollment goals.
- Participate in occasional and infrequent off-campus local events a few times per year, including student orientations, pinning ceremonies, and commencement activities.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience
- Minimum of two years of experience in admissions, enrollment management, student services, customer service, sales, recruiting, marketing, or a related field preferred
- Passion for helping students succeed
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Comfort using technology, databases, and Microsoft Office applications
- Valid United States driver's license with reliable transportation required
- Experience working with student information systems (SIS) or database management systems preferred

Pay
Salary range from $50,000 - $53,000.
