Reports

The incumbent reports consistently for work as scheduled.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Achieves proficient or higher evaluations on established Performance Standards
  • Affords assistance to the licensed staff member with assigned tasks
  • Completes non-licensed instructional responsibilities
  • Displays personal and professional qualities that promote a safe and caring environment conducive to student learning
  • Meets the identified learning needs of assigned students as directed by a licensed staff member
  • Collaborates with instructional staff and others in completing responsibilities

Physical Demands

  • Sits, stands, walks, stoops, kneels, and crouches/squats while performing duties
  • Uses eyes, hands, and finger coordination enabling the use of equipment and writing utensils
  • Typical demands require staff to lift and carry up to 20 pounds, and may be higher for some assignments depending on position and student need
  • Climb stairs, ladders, and/or stools
  • Reach, hold, grasp and turn objects
  • Use fingers to operate computer keyboards

Cognitive Functions

  • Analyzes, communicates, compares, compiles, computes, coordinates, copies, evaluates, instructs, negotiates, synthesizes, reasons, and uses interpersonal skills

Required Qualifications

  • High school graduate - high school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum Compensation: Scheduled Weekly Hours 0 Hours Per Day 7.5 hour(s) per day
