About the role

The role involves applying industry expertise to solve digital, commerce, and sales challenges for clients in the Utilities sector. This includes leading multi-disciplinary teams, delivering high-impact solutions, and fostering client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Apply strategic thinking to client challenges in digital, commerce, and sales
  • Develop and implement new strategies for clients
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives and manage project delivery teams
  • Generate insights and identify value creation opportunities
  • Engage with most senior clients daily as the face of delivery programs
  • Coach junior team members to support Accenture's thought-leadership position
  • Ensure client engagements meet profitability commitments

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in the Utilities industry
  • 6+ years experience in consulting, strategy, or equivalent role
  • 4+ years experience leading multi-discipline teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong understanding of customer sales enablement platforms like Salesforce
  • Experience with customer back office processes and platforms like Oracle and SAP
  • Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
  • Strong quantitative skills and analytical thinking

Pay

Annual salary ranges from $122,700 to $317,200, depending on location and experience.
