About the Opportunity
The Strategy & Operations Lead role is designed for a versatile generalist who will establish and standardize key functions essential to the organization's growth. The position involves shaping processes and building frameworks that enable future specialists to operate effectively. Working closely with executive leadership and core teams, this role significantly influences how operational functions evolve as the organization scales.
Responsibilities
- Develop and standardize new functions and processes across areas such as implementations, recruiting, marketing, and business operations
- Manage cross-functional priorities that evolve based on organizational needs each quarter
- Create durable playbooks and systems to support future team members
- Collaborate directly with the CEO and work alongside sales and engineering teams
- Provide support for customer-facing activities, including occasional travel for implementations or case studies
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience in high-intensity professional environments
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, preferably from investment banking, private equity, consulting, or startup operations
- Ability to operate autonomously with adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Enthusiasm for a role with shifting priorities and broad responsibilities
- PREFERRED: Experience in healthcare or transition from a larger firm to a startup
Pay Range and Compensation Package
Base salary approximately $125,000, with total compensation ranging from $100,000 to $150,000
