The Strategy & Operations Lead / Associate at Sailor Health will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's growth infrastructure. They will work closely with the founders to build at the intersection of healthcare and AI.
Responsibilities
Launch a new care line: Design and execute workflows for new offerings such as care navigation.
Own and scale a function: Take responsibility for areas like provider operations, revenue cycle management (RCM), or care navigation, ensuring they are efficient and effective.
Drive AI transformation: Implement AI-powered tools to improve operational efficiency within the company.
Qualifications
An A+ player with a strong track record of high performance in high-intensity environments.
A passion for solving complex problems and making a significant impact.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and decision-making.
A belief in the transformative power of AI in healthcare and a desire to contribute to its development.
