About Us

Farsight has a long-standing reputation for delivering high-quality, personalized financial deliverables. Unlike general AI finance platforms, we focus on creating end-to-end, client-ready documents in Microsoft Office Suite, aligning with clients' brand and best practices. We uphold strict security standards, including SOC-2 compliance and end-to-end encryption, and are headquartered in Manhattan, New York City.

Role Overview

This is a high-leverage, multi-disciplinary role for someone who thrives in ambiguity and wants to shape a category-defining company. The role is based in Manhattan and requires being onsite 4 days a week (except Fridays, which are remote).

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with engineering to scope, test, and launch new features and workflows.

  • Serve as a hands-on advisor to strategic customers, guiding onboarding, product setup, and early use-case design.

  • Work directly with users to build and deploy customized workflows using Farsight's platform.

  • Gather feedback and frontline insights to help shape the product roadmap and feature prioritization.

  • Drive cross-functional initiatives that require coordination across the whole organization.

  • Help build internal systems and playbooks to scale operations as the company grows.

  • Contribute to go-to-market motion by translating platform capabilities into clear, value-driven narratives.

Who You Are

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in investment banking and/or private equity.

  • Deep comfort working across functions with high ambiguity.

  • Strong communication and project management skills — able to turn ambiguity into action.

  • Scrappy and entrepreneurial: willing to figure things out without a playbook.

  • An analytical thinker who is excited to work with technical teams and complex products.

  • Obsessed with quality: not satisfied until things work and scale.

  • NYC-based and able to work onsite as needed.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience or interest in enterprise SaaS, B2B AI platforms, or fintech/financial services.

  • Familiarity with tools like PowerPoint, Excel, CRMs, and data room platforms.

  • Technical background or experience working closely with engineers.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $110,000 to $150,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

  • Equity is provided to all of our employees.

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.

  • Unlimited PTO.
