Honey Homes is a membership service that handles the daily tasks, maintenance, and repairs of homeownership. Members are matched with a dedicated handyperson and use a simple app to manage their needs. Our mission is to simplify home upkeep, turning routine hassles into enjoyable living.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience with Member Success to understand the challenges faced by our teams.
• Identify and implement solutions to streamline operations and improve the member experience.
• Design and implement AI-powered workflows to automate repetitive tasks and enhance team efficiency.
• Analyze data to drive operational insights and support leadership in making informed decisions.
• Partner with various departments to ensure operational improvements are effectively implemented and measured.
• Tackle high-impact initiatives that can significantly impact the company's growth and success.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Product Operations, Customer Success Operations, or similar roles.
• Experience working in startups or high-growth environments where priorities evolve rapidly.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to identify and solve complex problems.
• Demonstrated interest in and experience with AI technologies like ChatGPT, Claude, or automation platforms.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong written communication and documentation abilities.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with both business and technical teams.
• A strong bias towards action and a willingness to experiment and learn from failure.
