What The Strategic Sourcing Analyst Does
At Worldwide, you will be responsible for securing third-party vendors for various commodities and/or services to support our global clinical trials and the overall corporate business objectives. You will generate and implement sourcing and category management strategies for a specific group or category of products and/or services. You will also use the end-to-end procurement/sourcing process and manage assigned commodities.
- Identify and maintain vendor relationships that provide high quality products and services at the best value while maintaining the highest code of ethics and conduct.
What You Will Do
- Establish and maintain business relationships with selected third-party vendors that would support the Worldwide Clinical Trials organization globally.
- Analyze data and market research to determine trends.
- Develop and implement sourcing and category management strategies for assigned categories.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders for business needs.
- Support and build Preferred Provider relationships through strategic sourcing processes.
- Development of RF(x) for commodity sourced (if applicable).

Your Experience
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 5 years in a Pharmaceutical /CRO industry required.
- 2-5 years Sourcing/Category management experience or similar role preferred.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Knowledge and/or management of clinical services in clinical trials is a plus.
Your experience should include:
- Strong presentation, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum Travel may be required (up to 10%).
Pay Information
The salary range for this position is annually: $52,500.00 - $104,500.00. The salary range provided is intended to give candidates an understanding of potential earnings. Compensation will fall within the provided range, and it not a guarantee of exact salary. The final salary will be determined based on relevant experience, performance, education, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, we offer a competitive benefits package depending on location. We ensure pay equity and transparency and comply with all applicable labor laws.
