About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Programs Leader to serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership. This role combines strategic program leadership, executive-level stakeholder management, and organizational influence to ensure the VP's highest priorities are executed with precision and impact.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the executive leader to define, communicate, and execute on organizational priorities and long-term strategy.

  • Prepare and manage executive briefings and strategic presentations for internal engagements as well as external.

  • Track progress against key business goals and surface risks or opportunities to leadership.

  • Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure efficient execution of cross-functional initiatives.

  • Identify operational gaps and implement scalable processes and frameworks to improve team effectiveness.

  • Manage the executive's time and priorities, including agenda-setting for leadership meetings and offsites.

  • Act as a liaison between the executive and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

  • Lead or support high-priority, cross-functional projects from inception to completion.

  • Facilitate decision-making by synthesizing complex information and presenting clear recommendations.

  • Communicate internally through drafting internal communications, memos, and announcements on behalf of the executive.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

  • Represent the executive in meetings and working groups as needed.

  • Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Support talent development, team engagement, and organizational health initiatives.

Requirements

  • 9+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.

  • Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute a strategy with clear goals and objectives to align to business and service objectives, and support portfolio objectives.
