About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Programs Leader to serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership. This role combines strategic program leadership, executive-level stakeholder management, and organizational influence to ensure the VP's highest priorities are executed with precision and impact.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the executive leader to define, communicate, and execute on organizational priorities and long-term strategy.
- Prepare and manage executive briefings and strategic presentations for internal engagements as well as external.
- Track progress against key business goals and surface risks or opportunities to leadership.
- Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure efficient execution of cross-functional initiatives.
- Identify operational gaps and implement scalable processes and frameworks to improve team effectiveness.
- Manage the executive's time and priorities, including agenda-setting for leadership meetings and offsites.
- Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Lead or support high-priority, cross-functional projects from inception to completion.
- Facilitate decision-making by synthesizing complex information and presenting clear recommendations.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management:
- Draft internal communications, memos, and announcements on behalf of the executive.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent the executive in meetings and working groups as needed.
- Team & Culture:
- Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Support talent development, team engagement, and organizational health initiatives.
Qualifications
- 9+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams.
