Responsibilities
- Act as the main marketing contact for the company’s strategic partners
- Foster trusted relationships with partner marketing teams
- Represent the company at partner planning and review meetings
- Manage partner program navigation and marketing readiness effectively
- Create and oversee co-branded content and campaigns
- Work with teams to align on joint customer opportunities and track performance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 2+ years in partner or product marketing roles
- Experience managing relationships with enterprise ISV/platform partners
- Strong written communication skills for clear messaging
- Executive presence; ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders
- A detail-oriented approach to visual and brand evaluation
- Familiarity with CRM/marketing automation platforms like HubSpot
- Background in HR tech or enterprise SaaS is a plus
