• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits
• Provide guidance and support to clients on complex compensation issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Experience working with a variety of industries and organizational structures
• Knowledge of compensation principles and practices
• Experience with compensation software and tools

Skills

• Strong understanding of market data and benchmarking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
