About the opportunity

The company is a leading pay governance and compensation intelligence platform that helps organizations make better pay decisions at every stage of the compensation lifecycle.

What you'll do

  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison to strategic partners
  • Own the day-to-day marketing relationship with the organization's strategic partner portfolio
  • Build trusted working relationships with counterpart marketing contacts at each partner organization
  • Represent the company's marketing in partner planning calls, quarterly business reviews, and co-marketing syncs
  • Bring executive presence to senior-stakeholder settings — comfortable representing the company one-on-one with senior leaders at partner organizations, without needing company leadership in the room
  • Cook up and scale partner marketing programs that drive pipeline while tailoring strategies to diverse partner platforms and audiences

What you bring

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years in a partner marketing, alliances marketing, or product marketing role — ideally including experience marketing alongside enterprise ISV/platform partners and partners operating under consulting, sub-license, or referral models
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional relationships and work across organizational boundaries
  • Strong written communication skills and an instinct for clear, accurate product messaging
  • Executive presence — proven comfort operating credibly with senior stakeholders (VP+) at partner organizations and internally
  • A sharp eye for visual and brand detail — able to evaluate co-branded creative against brand standards, not just write copy
  • Experience creating co-branded content and managing partner-facing asset libraries
  • Comfort operating with autonomy in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and structure has to be built, not inherited
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms
  • Experience in HR tech, compensation, or enterprise SaaS is a plus

How you work

  • Organized without being rigid, and able to manage competing priorities across multiple relationships
  • Defaults to clarity in communication and follows through on commitments
  • Understands that partner marketing lives at an intersection and is effective at building alignment across teams that don't always move at the same pace
  • Cares about getting the details right, especially when it comes to how the product is represented in the market and how it looks
  • Can sit in a room with a partner's VP of Marketing and hold their own

Why you'll love it here

  • Competitive Compensation. For this role the salary is targeted at $146-172k per year. Final offer amounts are determined by factors such as experience and expertise. A geo-neutral approach to compensation within the US is taken, meaning that pay is based on job function and level, not location.
  • Company Equity. So you can share in the company’s success
  • Flexible Vacation Policy. Encourages team members to recharge when they need to, plus paid sick & safe time, compassion leave, and voting leave.
  • Medical, Dental, Vision. The company pays 90% of employee premiums, and 50% for dependents.
  • Life Insurance & Disability. The company covers the full premium.
  • Remote within the US (East Coast preferred)

Role progression

  • Within 30 days, immerse yourself in the company's mission and product positioning, meet key stakeholders, and audit the current partner landscape to identify immediate gaps.
  • By 60 days, start building a foundation by drafting a repeatable partner onboarding playbook, establishing recurring auditing cadences, and collaborating with the integrated marketing team to define pipeline tracking.
  • After 90 days, drive impact, execute the first co-marketing initiative, socialize the finalized onboarding playbook, and establish a regular reporting rhythm against KPIs to share with leadership.
