About the Opportunity

The Strategic Program Manager role is central to the organization’s operational and financial reporting processes. This position partners with senior leadership to ensure reporting cadences such as monthly and quarterly business reviews are accurate, well-organized, and aligned with strategic priorities. The role requires synthesizing complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights to support executive decision-making and drive accountability across the business.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly and quarterly business review processes and business infrastructure updates
• Synthesize cross-functional inputs into clear, decision-ready presentations for executives
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align messaging and maintain consistent communication rhythms
• Prepare executive forum materials ensuring alignment with key priorities
• Identify themes, risks, and opportunities by analyzing multiple data sources
• Drive execution and accountability for decisions and action items across stakeholders
• Continuously improve information gathering and communication processes
• Independently manage critical workstreams with attention to detail

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in high-growth technology, business operations, banking, consulting, or similar roles involving executive communication and coordination
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
• Proficiency with financial and operational data supporting executive reporting
• Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems and synthesize information concisely
• Experience in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting preferred
• Excellent presentation skills for executive-level materials
• High attention to detail and sound judgment
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
• Ownership mindset and willingness to handle detailed, iterative work
• Experience in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer businesses is a plus

Pay

Salary range: $130,000-$160,000, with consideration for experience and other factors. Possible eligibility for discretionary bonuses or commission payments.
