Strategic Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary customer advocate to improve customer experience and loyalty
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and proactive risk management
• Utilize technical expertise to identify and mitigate risks throughout projects
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for program guidance and alignment
• Monitor program milestones and make adjustments to meet customer expectations
• Identify and implement process improvements for operational efficiency
• Facilitate status meetings to communicate requirements and resolve issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
• 5+ years in project/program management in engineering or manufacturing
• Experience with New Product Development (NPD) and New Product Introduction (NPI)
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes like CNC Machining, 3D Printing, or Injection Molding
• Customer-facing experience in complex technical sales engagements
• Strong program, risk, and time management skills
• Proficient in program management tools for communication and tracking
