About the role
The Strategic Program Manager is accountable for providing commercial and operational direction for nominated chemical customer contracts, managing contract activities, and supporting functions to achieve the Company’s business goals. They are responsible for financial growth within customer accounts and maximizing opportunities to grow relationships.
Responsibilities
- Provide commercial and operational direction for nominated chemical customer contracts.
- Manage contract activities and supporting functions to achieve business goals.
- Direct, manage, and coordinate all contract activities within the given customer contracts.
- Administer day-to-day operational functions and deliver best-in-class customer service.
- Build and maintain partnerships with customers.
- Support customer contracts and maximize opportunities for growth.
- Lead the contract management with responsibility for growth strategies, P&L, customer service levels, and robust revenue and margin growth plans.
- Work closely with Sales Functions to develop bid strategies for new and renewals of contracted business.
- Contribute to Annual Operating Processes and provide accurate business forecasts on a regular basis.
- Identify and implement process improvements to existing and new contracts.
- Monitor sales, margin, costs, and inventory levels to meet or exceed budget and ensure profitability.
- Conduct interviews, hire, and train on-site personnel (when necessary).
- Maintain a partnership culture in all Incora’s contracted customers.
- Manage, support, and mentor the team, providing effective and timely performance evaluations, conduct reviews, and facilitate additional training and/or mentoring as appropriate.
- Ensure the maintenance of the contract for the life of the contract, involving seamless communication with Planning and Procurement to ensure continuity of the supply of parts.
- Develop key performance indicators for Contract Compliance, both externally with the Customer and internally for Financial Performance.
- Negotiate renewals of customer contract agreements using Best Practice Terms & Conditions for Incora.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 2-5 years related experience and training or equivalent combinations of education and experience, which may include sales, distribution, and inventory management.
- Significant experience of customer relationship management.
- Financially proficient to a good level.
- High level of business acumen.
- Excellent communication and influence skills at all levels.
- Some people management and leadership experience.
- Previous experience working within a contract management/sales environment preferred.
- Change management experience preferred.
Skills
- Ability to travel, as necessary, between customers' sites.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity.
