About the role

This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a Business Services environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute enterprise-aligned partnership strategy
  • Identify high-impact partners to unlock growth
  • Oversee negotiation and management of strategic alliances
  • Drive revenue growth through partnership-enabled opportunities
  • Build repeatable go-to-market motions with partners
  • Track partnership performance metrics
  • Support senior leaders in partnership and client pursuits
  • Lead the development and management of partnership operations
  • Establish governance models for partner health and performance tracking
  • Monitor market and regulatory changes affecting partnership execution

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, alliances, or growth leadership
  • Expertise in building large-scale strategic partnerships in technology or federal markets
  • Strong background in negotiating complex agreements and managing senior-level partner relationships
  • Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes through partnerships
  • Experience in developing and managing partnership programs or portfolios
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with senior executives
  • Bachelor's degree required

Pay

$250,000 – $425,000 annually
