Build Strategic Partnerships That Expand Access to Care
- Define and lead CareATC’s strategic partnership roadmap, identifying market segments where alliances can accelerate employer growth and market expansion.
- Source, structure, and negotiate complex, high-value partnership agreements aligned to CareATC’s care delivery model.
- Build and manage a portfolio of tier-one partners focused on long-term value and performance.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure operational alignment and execute joint go-to-market efforts.
- Own partnership-driven growth, including employer adoption, revenue influence, and market expansion.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead CareATC’s strategic partnership roadmap, identifying market segments where alliances can accelerate employer growth and market expansion.
- Source, structure, and negotiate complex, high-value partnership agreements aligned to CareATC’s care delivery model.
- Build and manage a portfolio of tier-one partners focused on long-term value and performance.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure operational alignment and execute joint go-to-market efforts.
- Own partnership-driven growth, including employer adoption, revenue influence, and market expansion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
- 5+ years in a senior or executive leadership role
- Proven success closing $1M+ partnership or enterprise deals, or leading ecosystems that materially contribute to growth
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders internally and externally
- Ability to evaluate partnership opportunities using financial models, performance data, and market insights

- $170,000 - $180,000 based on experience and internal equity
Schedule
- Remote within the U.S., includes approximately 50% travel
