Build Strategic Partnerships That Expand Access to Care

  • Define and lead CareATC’s strategic partnership roadmap, identifying market segments where alliances can accelerate employer growth and market expansion.
  • Source, structure, and negotiate complex, high-value partnership agreements aligned to CareATC’s care delivery model.
  • Build and manage a portfolio of tier-one partners focused on long-term value and performance.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure operational alignment and execute joint go-to-market efforts.
  • Own partnership-driven growth, including employer adoption, revenue influence, and market expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead CareATC’s strategic partnership roadmap, identifying market segments where alliances can accelerate employer growth and market expansion.
  • Source, structure, and negotiate complex, high-value partnership agreements aligned to CareATC’s care delivery model.
  • Build and manage a portfolio of tier-one partners focused on long-term value and performance.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure operational alignment and execute joint go-to-market efforts.
  • Own partnership-driven growth, including employer adoption, revenue influence, and market expansion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
  • 5+ years in a senior or executive leadership role
  • Proven success closing $1M+ partnership or enterprise deals, or leading ecosystems that materially contribute to growth
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders internally and externally
  • Ability to evaluate partnership opportunities using financial models, performance data, and market insights

Pay

  • $170,000 - $180,000 based on experience and internal equity

Schedule

  • Remote within the U.S., includes approximately 50% travel
