Vice President, Strategic Partnerships

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President, Strategic Partnerships to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will lead high-value relationship management and partnership development efforts across regional and national stakeholders in the insurance and employee benefits environment. The position will focus on strengthening producer and firm relationships, coordinating cross-functional responses to RFI and RFP activity, and ensuring disciplined governance and performance tracking. The successful candidate will bring a strategic, data-informed approach to partnership management, with strong executive communication and the ability to influence across multiple levels of the organization. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $178,600 – $267,800 annually Responsibilities Maintain and grow strategic relationships with regional and national contacts, including COEs Support local strategies to enhance producer and firm relationships Coordinate RFI responses and ensure alignment among internal stakeholders Facilitate development of RFP processes for partner relationships Track producer performance, with a focus on accuracy and governance of processes Qualifications 7-10 years of senior-level experience in relationship management or strategic partnerships in the insurance or employee benefits sector Demonstrated ability to use data for business decisions and operational excellence Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for collaboration Strong networking capabilities across multiple organizational levels Benefits Market competitive base salary with yearly bonus potential Comprehensive health insurance options, including medical, dental, and vision 401(k) plan with company match and a company-funded pension plan Wellness reimbursement program of up to $1,600 a year Education benefits available for pursuing degrees or accredited certificates Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
