About the Role

As a Principal Business Development Executive - Strategic Partnerships, you will help drive the growth of GenDigital by skillfully prospecting for new strategic business opportunities across the company’s product and service portfolio. This position focuses on introducing and developing lasting strategic partnerships. You will engage directly with prospective strategic partners from identifying and qualifying companies for partnership, connecting with decision-makers, introducing the appropriate technology portfolio, presenting a compelling value proposition, exploring commercials, crafting sensible GTM business models, negotiating business terms, monitoring reporting and invoicing, and managing partner satisfaction as well as account growth.

You will collaborate with key stakeholders in Product Management, Finance, Legal, and Marketing – both inside GenDigital and within the prospective partner companies.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining assigned key accounts and providing ongoing client support.
  • Developing and implementing client relationship management strategies.
  • Communicating with key clients to monitor client expectations and satisfaction.
  • Identifying new business leads and contacting prospective key clients to promote products and services.
  • Establishing efficient communication channels and liaising between key clients and internal departments.
  • Recommending and implementing improvements to the management of key client relationships.
  • Handling client queries and finding innovative solutions for complex problems.
  • Monitoring sales performance metrics and facilitating timely interventions.
  • Performing recordkeeping, as well as preparing sales forecasts and reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years enterprise sales experience with a history of driving significant annual revenue.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce.
