Key Responsibilities

• Aid in planning and executing effective sales strategies to recruit, retain and manage sponsor partnerships to achieve established collection goals.
• Assist in vetting potential sponsor leads and educating sponsors in organizational requirements.
• Provide coverage and support for sales team as needed.
• Support, develop and/or lead volunteers.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• One year of related experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
• Knowledge of group dynamics, direct sales, customer maintenance techniques, negotiation skills, strategic planning, and the ability to support the implementation of programs is preferred.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively are required.
• Responsible for providing own transportation for business purposes.
• Ability to work on a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Sales experience.

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is: $80,000-$90,000
