Strategic Business Manager
About the Role
We’re seeking a highly execution-focused Strategic Business Manager to partner with the Chief of Staff and senior leadership on the company’s highest-priority initiatives. In this role, you’ll help shape business strategy, lead cross-functional projects, improve operations, and support executive decision-making. Responsibilities
- Partner with the Chief of Staff and senior leaders to execute high-impact strategic initiatives and operational priorities.
- Lead cross-functional projects from planning through implementation, ensuring alignment, accountability, and successful execution.
- Develop business cases, perform financial and operational analyses, and deliver data-driven recommendations.
- Build and maintain project dashboards, trackers, and executive materials to monitor progress, risks, and key decisions.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, leverage technology—including AI—and drive operational efficiencies.
- Prepare executive presentations, research, and briefing materials to support leadership decisions.
- Collaborate across Finance, Operations, Technology, and other business functions to deliver strategic outcomes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of strategic initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted resource for special projects and evolving business priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, finance, business operations, project management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SQL, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and present to senior leadership.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in AI, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Pay
The annual starting salary for this position is between $100,000 - $120,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
