About the role

Seeking senior executives to join the firm. The role is currently a non-Executive role that would be transitioned to a full-time executive role soon.

Responsibilities

  • In the executive capacity: Oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of a business.
  • In the non-executive capacity, Analyse potential acquisition target from various points of view (financial, legal, accounting).
  • Deliver results on a day-to-day, quarter-to-quarter basis.
  • Report to the CEO.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical, managerial, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Highly skilled and experienced in relevant fields such as Smart City Project operations, Mergers & Acquisitions, Construction operations, M&A Legal Due Diligence, Mergers & Acquisitions Accounts Management, Mining & Mineral operations, Oil & Gas engineering/operations, and Startup management.

Qualifications

  • For roles requiring a full-time executive position: 20+ years of experience in the relevant field.
  • For roles requiring a non-executive position: 20+ years of experience in the relevant field, with a focus on Mergers & Acquisitions, Construction operations, M&A Legal Due Diligence, Mergers & Acquisitions Accounts Management, Mining & Mineral operations, Oil & Gas engineering/operations, and Startup management.
  • For roles requiring a part-time Board of Directors position: 20+ years of experience in the relevant field, with a focus on Mergers & Acquisitions, Construction operations, M&A Legal Due Diligence, Mergers & Acquisitions Accounts Management, Mining & Mineral operations, Oil & Gas engineering/operations, and Startup management.
