Strategic Account Executive
SUMMARY
As a Strategic Account Executive, you will engage with the largest and most complex organizations, driving transformation through our cloud security platform. You will lead executive-level discussions, shaping security strategies and closing high-value, multi-year agreements. You will work alongside a team of Wizards that focus on our customers' business needs. Our priority is building a secure infrastructure for their cloud environments. We do that by learning their business. We ask questions. We listen. We help educate.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop and execute the full sales strategy for the largest and most strategic accounts
- Demonstrate an intimate understanding of Wiz Cloud Security Solutions and their value to our customers
- Demonstrate ability to position and advise to CISO level executives with industry Point-of-View business insights
- Continue to listen, build and grow executive relationships with customers
- Establish executive relationships across the prospect or customers organization to drive high-stakes negotiations and structure long-term, enterprise-wide agreements in a way that reflects Wiz values
- Align with Wiz partner ecosystem to optimize market opportunity
- Strong understanding of effective sales processes and methodologies, such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message
- Build effective working relationships with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Executive teams to ensure strategy alignment and achieve company objectives
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Minimum of 10+years of experience in SaaS/Security sales, selling to the largest and most strategic accounts (i.e., Fortune 100 companies)
- Proven track record of closing large, multi-year deals within the specific geographical territory listed
- Hyper-growth start-up experience
- Mastery of complex sales cycles, executive relationship management, and solution selling
- Good standing relationships with previous sales operation teams
- Able to build great internal partnerships with key business units and their stakeholders
- Deep understanding of cloud security trends, regulatory requirements, and customer needs
- Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Able to influence internal stakeholders and drive customer-centric innovation
- A proven track record managing accounts in cloud or cybersecurity ecosystem to elevate the business

Compensation for this full-time position includes base salary + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
