Responsibilities
- Lead and exceed annual targets for net-new revenue in key SLED accounts
- Win initial identity security deals to enable broader adoption of our platform
- Partner with C-level executives on IAM and cybersecurity solutions
- Create tailored engagement strategies for technology and security leaders in public agencies
- Manage the full sales cycle, including RFI/RFP responses and contract negotiations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide high-value identity security solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years of successful, quota-exceeding sales experience in the Public Sector, especially the SLED market
- 3+ years experience selling enterprise-level IAM or cybersecurity solutions
- Proven track record of closing large deals within government and education sectors
- Established network of C-level and IT executive contacts in public sector agencies, particularly in the Western states
- Experience working with system integrators and channel partners in the SLED environment
- Strong knowledge of IAM concepts and the regulatory landscape for SLED
- Mastery of value-based selling and MEDDPICC qualification methodology
Pay
$112,725 – $155,000 annually
