- Prospecting & Market Expertise: Research and qualify district prospects, identify key decision‑makers (superintendents, principals, tech directors, curriculum leaders); position Kami as a must‑have solution and execute creative strategies to influence K‑12 decision‑makers; share EdTech sales insights to enhance team learning and strategy development.
- Consultative Selling & Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships using a multi‑channel approach (email, phone, LinkedIn, video conferencing, occasional in‑person); lead discovery calls, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and craft compelling proposals; represent Kami at state and national education conferences (travel up to 25%).
- Sales Operations & Optimization: Manage a high‑volume pipeline; record, analyze, and optimize sales activities using CRM and marketing automation tools for accurate forecasting; provide actionable feedback to Go‑To‑Market leadership to refine sales strategies, messaging, and product positioning.
