About the role
Incident.io is seeking a Product Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the VP of Engineering, this role will be responsible for defining and driving the strategic direction of our product.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into product features.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Manage product launches and post-launch support, ensuring successful adoption and satisfaction among users.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in software development or SaaS environments.
- Experience with agile methodologies and product development processes.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Passion for technology and a deep understanding of modern software development practices.
Qualifications
- Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and product development methodologies.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and infrastructure services.
- Experience with customer feedback mechanisms and analytics tools.

Pay
- $120,000 - $150,000 annually.
