About the role

Incident.io is seeking a Product Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the VP of Engineering, this role will be responsible for defining and driving the strategic direction of our product.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into product features.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Manage product launches and post-launch support, ensuring successful adoption and satisfaction among users.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in software development or SaaS environments.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product development processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Passion for technology and a deep understanding of modern software development practices.

Qualifications

  • Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and product development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and infrastructure services.
  • Experience with customer feedback mechanisms and analytics tools.

Pay
