Company Name: Akij Resources Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh Job Type: Full-Time Workplace Type: Full-time Job ID: IJOB202669356 Receive incoming materials, verify quantities and basic specifications against relevant documents, and ensure proper recording.Arrange and store materials systematically according to item type, quantity, location, and storage requirements.Issue materials against approved requisitions and maintain proper documentation for every transaction.Maintain stock registers, bin cards, material issue records, GRN, transfer records, and other store documents accurately.Update daily stock movements in the ERP/system and ensure physical stock matches system records.Conduct regular physical stock counts and inventory reconciliation and report discrepancies to the Store-In-Charge.Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about low-stock, excess, damaged, slow-moving, or obsolete materials.Ensure proper labeling, identification, stacking, preservation, and safe handling of materials.Maintain proper housekeeping, cleanliness, and safety within the store and warehouse area.Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Procurement, Accounts, Logistics, and other departments regarding material requirements and availability.Ensure materials are issued on a FIFO/FEFO basis, where applicable.Assist in loading, unloading, transfer, and dispatch activities while ensuring proper material handling.Maintain proper records of damaged, returned, rejected, or excess materials.Support internal and external audits by providing required stock records and supporting documents.Prepare daily/weekly stock movement and inventory reports as required by management.Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, inventory controls, and other applicable operational procedures.
