Store PUD Courier
About the Role
The Pick Up & Delivery (PUD) Courier provides customer service by picking up and delivering orders to and from FedEx Office stores and customer places of business. This role involves driving a company vehicle, receiving daily route information from a dispatcher, and performing additional duties within a FedEx Office store during non-delivery periods.
Responsibilities
- Drive a company vehicle to perform pick-up and delivery services for FedEx Office stores and customers.
- Pick up completed masters for photocopying orders, supplies, and inventory items from customer or vendor locations.
- Deliver finished photocopy orders and distribute marketing materials as requested.
- Receive and follow daily route information from a centralized dispatcher via a company-provided phone.
- Operate the company vehicle in compliance with motor vehicle regulations, company policy, and auto insurance guidelines.
- Maintain vehicle upkeep through regular servicing and cleaning.
- Document duties performed using pick-up/delivery logs and vehicle maintenance logs.
- Adhere to FedEx Office company and vehicle safety policies, accident procedures, and traffic laws.
- Provide quality service at each customer interaction, including answering questions and resolving problems professionally.
- Perform additional duties within the store during non-delivery times.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- At least 21 years old with a minimum of two years of driving experience.
- Valid and current driver’s license.
- Ability to comply with specialized regulatory or licensing requirements based on geographic location or work assignment.
- Must meet and maintain FedEx Office Motor Vehicle Requirements (audited annually).
- For new hires: Must meet all FedEx Office employment qualifications at the time of hiring.
- For current team members: Must meet hiring criteria for the position and transfer requirements outlined in the Team Member Handbook.
Essential Functions
- Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods.

Pay
$19.70 - $24.16 per hour.
Pay transparency: The compensation listed reflects the pay range reasonably expected for this position. Actual pay is determined by factors such as experience, tenure, market level, performance, schedule, and work assignment.
