Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a standout customer experience through face-to-face interactions and customer relationships.
- Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
- Perform daily operational tasks such as lock checks and showing units to customers.
- Renting self-storage spaces, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, accepting payments using POS, completing daily bank deposits, and making courtesy calls to customers regarding late payments.
- Processing invoices, managing reports, and handling legal processes related to auctions.
- Overseeing the store’s expense budget, maintaining store supplies, and managing retail inventory.
Requirements
- A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
- Experience in delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
- A self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
- Basic computer skills including MS office products.
- The ability to work Saturdays.
- Access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance.

- Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future sponsorship.
- Must be able to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb, and balance on a ladder.
