Store Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a standout customer experience through face-to-face interactions and customer relationships.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Perform daily operational tasks such as lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Renting self-storage spaces, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, accepting payments using POS, completing daily bank deposits, and making courtesy calls to customers regarding late payments.
• Processing invoices, managing reports, and handling legal processes related to auctions.
• Overseeing the store’s expense budget, maintaining store supplies, and managing retail inventory.

Requirements

• A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience in delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
• A self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS office products.
• The ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance.
