Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a standout customer experience through face-to-face interactions and customer service.
- Manage and maintain the property, including performing daily operational tasks such as lock checks and unit showings.
- Sell self-storage spaces, manage the leasing process, accept payments using the Point-of-Sale System (POS), complete daily bank deposits, and make courtesy calls regarding late payments.
- Process invoices, manage reports, and handle legal processes related to auctions.
- Oversee the store's expense budget, manage supplies and retail inventory, and ensure the facility is clean and safe.
Requirements
- A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
- Experience in delivering high-quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
- A self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
- Basic computer skills including MS office products.
- The ability to work Saturdays.
- Access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance.
- Frequent physical demands such as standing, sitting, kneeling, crouching, crawling, bending, climbing, and balancing.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future sponsorship.
