Responsibilities
The Store Manager role is multifaceted, encompassing both driving and guiding the customer experience and store operations, as well as identifying, developing, and leading talent within the store team.

- Execution - Manage store operations, set clear action plans, and ensure compliance with policies. Optimize sales and operations opportunities.
Qualifications
- Three to five years of previous store management experience, including responsibility for annual sales volume of $3 million or more.
- Proven ability to increase sales and store profitability.
- Proven ability to network, recruit, interview, train, develop, and promote associates.
- Ability to travel periodically for meetings.
- Ability to move medium to large items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous retail experience preferred.
