Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a standout customer experience through face-to-face interactions and customer relationships.
- Meet monthly sales goals and metrics by managing the leasing process, accepting payments, and completing daily bank deposits.
- Manage the invoice review and approval process within the database, processing invoices and managing reports.
- Oversee the store’s expense budget, maintaining store supplies and retail inventory.
- Perform daily operational tasks such as lock checks, showing units to customers, and managing the store’s physical environment.
Requirements
- A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
- Experience in delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
- A self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
- Basic computer skills including MS office products.
- The ability to work Saturdays.
- Access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance.
Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future sponsorship.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
