Store Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a standout customer experience through face-to-face interactions and customer service.
• Manage and maintain the property, including lock checks and unit showings.
• Rent self-storage spaces, sell store merchandise, and manage the leasing process.
• Utilize the Point-of-Sale System (POS) for accepting payments and complete daily bank deposits.
• Make courtesy calls to customers regarding late payments and manage invoice review and approval.
• Process invoices, manage reports, and handle legal processes related to auctions.
• Oversee the store's expense budget and maintain store supplies and retail inventory.

Requirements

• A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience in delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
• A self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS office products.
• The ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance.
• Frequent physical demands such as standing, sitting, kneeling, crouching, crawling, bending, climbing, and balancing.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future sponsorship.
