Store Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a standout customer experience through face-to-face interactions and problem-solving.
• Manage and maintain customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics by renting self-storage spaces, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, accepting payments using the Point-of-Sale System (POS), completing daily bank deposits, and making courtesy calls to customers regarding late payments.
• Process invoices, manage reports, and handle legal processes related to auctions.
• Oversee the store’s expense budget, manage store supplies, and maintain retail inventory.

Requirements

• Physical requirements include daily walks of the property, cleaning units and store grounds, opening and closing storage doors (up to 50 lbs.), mopping, sweeping, changing light bulbs, cleaning storage units, and similar light activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe storage facility by ensuring compliance with company guidelines, such as clean restrooms, neat landscaping and parking areas, clean storage doors, and decluttered office space.
