About the role

As a Delivery Expert, you are the mechanism for delivering fast and delectably delicious pizzas to our hungry customers. Enthusiastic customer communication, a positive personality, punctuality, and a sense of urgency are essential. You are the face of the brand, so maintaining a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s and Team Fox image standards is required.

Responsibilities

• Navigate diverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
• Read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone or with others, and meet strict quality control standards.
• Coordinate with coworkers and customers, analyze and compile data, and make sound ethical judgments in a timely manner.
• Take inventory, stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage, walk-in or reach-in coolers, and complete associated paperwork.
• Receive and process telephone orders efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction and timely pizza delivery.
• Perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) quickly and accurately, including making correct monetary change.
• Utilize a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.

Physical Requirements

• Daily tasks are performed from a standing position, with the majority of the shift spent on your feet.
• Walking surfaces include ceramic tile and linoleum in food processing areas.
• Work surfaces range in height from 36" to 4".
• Unload bulk product deliveries (two to three times per week), which may weigh up to 50 pounds and require lifting and/or stacking.
• Occasionally crouch, squat, stoop, bend, or use stairs while performing job tasks.
• Use hand-eye coordination for shaping pizza dough, maneuvering pizza peels and cutters, and folding cardboard pizza boxes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and one year of driving history.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Must pass a criminal background check and motor vehicle record check, meeting company-specific standards.
