Responsibilities

• Deliver pizzas quickly and accurately to customers, ensuring a positive experience with enthusiastic communication and a professional appearance.
• Navigate diverse terrains, including multi-story buildings and private homes, using maps or GPS to locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Process telephone orders efficiently to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and make correct monetary change, potentially using a calculator.
• Utilize computer systems, including keyboards, touch screens, and foot-pedals, for order management.
• Stock ingredients and supplies, including unloading bulk deliveries (up to 50 pounds) and organizing storage areas like walk-in or reach-in coolers.
• Complete associated paperwork, such as inventory logs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and quality control standards.
• Collaborate with coworkers to ensure smooth operations and a positive team dynamic.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license and at least one year of driving history.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle for deliveries.
• Must pass a criminal background check and meet company-specific standards for a Motor Vehicle Record Check.
• Ability to stand for the majority of your shift and perform physical tasks, including lifting and stacking supplies up to 50 pounds, crouching, squatting, stooping, bending, and using stairs.
• Hand-eye coordination for tasks like shaping pizza dough, maneuvering a pizza peel and cutter, and folding cardboard boxes.
• Strong navigational skills and the ability to work under stress while maintaining a sense of urgency.
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and a commitment to representing the Domino's brand professionally.

Work Environment

• Daily tasks are performed primarily from a standing position, with walking surfaces including ceramic tile and linoleum.
• Work surfaces range in height from 36 inches to 4 inches.
• Bulk product deliveries occur 2-3 times per week and require team members to unload supplies.
