Responsibilities

• Deliver pizzas to customers with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a sense of urgency.
• Navigate diverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and private homes, while carrying product.
• Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s and Team Dynamic image standards.
• Process telephone orders efficiently to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and make correct monetary change.
• Utilize computer systems, including keyboards, touch screens, and foot-pedals.
• Take inventory, stock ingredients, and complete associated paperwork.
• Work collaboratively with coworkers and customers while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, and make sound ethical decisions in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and one year of driving history.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle for deliveries.
• Must pass a criminal background check and motor vehicle record check (meeting company-specific standards).
• Strong navigational skills, including the ability to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Ability to lift and stack product ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable standing for the majority of your shift and performing physical tasks such as walking, crouching, squatting, stooping, bending, and using stairs.
• Hand-eye coordination for tasks like shaping pizza dough, maneuvering a pizza peel and cutter, and folding cardboard boxes.
