Stockroom and Shipping Associate - Floater

What You’ll Do

• Receive and verify work orders and pull parts from inventory using forklifts or other equipment.
• Support shipping and receiving activities, including packaging goods and preparing materials for off-site storage.
• Work with Production Control to help meet required ship dates for customer orders.
• Count inventory and identify items that need to be reordered or replenished.
• Help determine proper storage methods based on turnover, space, and facility capabilities.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and remain on your feet for extended periods during the workday.
• Follow plant safety policies and procedures and complete other tasks as assigned by the Logistics Supervisor.

Team

You work as part of a receiving and shipping team, floating between tasks as needed to maintain daily performance and key metrics. Your reliability and flexibility help the team WIN AS ONE and support consistent operations at Coperion FHN.

The Experience, Skills, And Abilities Needed

• One to two years of experience or training in a warehouse, logistics, or industrial work environment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate forklifts with training.
• Comfort performing manual, repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
• Able to follow established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Willingness to stand for long periods of time during the shift.
• Self-motivated work style with the ability to adapt to different warehouse tasks.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP is helpful but not required.
