About the role

Home Is Where The Heart Is Home Care, LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA/STNA/Caregiver to provide direct client care and assistance with daily activities, supporting independence and well-being in clients' homes. This is a part-time position with the possibility of transitioning to full-time as new clients are added.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication reminders, transportation, companionship, and home exercise
• Assist with personal grooming and hygiene tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, light cleaning, and cooking
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for the client
• Keep accurate and detailed records of client care and progress
• Communicate effectively with clients, healthcare team members, and management
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Act quickly and responsibly in case of emergency

Requirements

• Ability to perform all essential job functions and take pride in high-quality care
• Experience with Hoyer lift and other in-home care equipment
• CNA/STNA certification desired but not required
• Experience in care work is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient attitude toward clients
• Willingness to undergo drug testing and background check
• Reliable transportation with a clean driving record, valid driver’s license, and car insurance

Compensation

$20.00 to $24.00 per hour, paid weekly via direct deposit.

Schedule

Part-time or full-time hours available, with flexibility depending on client needs.
