About the role
A Lead Caregiver / STNA / CNA providing compassionate, non-medical in-home care to seniors.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), personal care, mobility, and light housekeeping.
- Provide meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship.
- Mentor and support fellow caregivers, modeling best practices.
- Communicate client condition changes to the office and families.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience as a Caregiver, STNA, or CNA preferred.
- Strong communication and compassionate caregiving skills.
- Ability to lead by example and mentor others.
- Willingness to participate in paid training and grow into leadership roles.
