About the role
A Lead Caregiver / STNA / CNA providing compassionate, non-medical in-home care to seniors.
Responsibilities
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), personal care, mobility support, and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and light housekeeping to enhance client well-being
- Administer non-clinical medication reminders
- Mentor and model best caregiving practices to team members
- Communicate changes in client condition to office staff and families
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in senior care or related roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead by example and support team development
- Willingness to participate in paid training and grow into leadership roles
