STNA/CNA/CAREGIVER

Home Is Where The Heart Is Home Care, LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA/STNA/CAREGIVER to provide one-on-one care in the client's home.

About the role

As a member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct client care and assistance with daily activities to support their independence and well-being. This is a part-time position with the possibility of full-time as new clients come on.

Responsibilities

• Act quickly and responsibly in case of emergency
• Provide direct client care, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication reminders, transportation, companionship, and home exercise
• Assist with personal grooming and hygiene tasks, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Perform laundry, light cleaning, and cooking
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for the client
• Keep accurate and detailed records of client care and progress
• Communicate effectively with clients, healthcare team members, and management
• Adhere to all policies and procedures of the company

Requirements

• Ability to perform all essential job functions and take pride in high-quality care
• Experience with Hoyer lift and other in-home care equipment
• CNA/STNA certification desired but not required
• Experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient attitude toward clients
• Willingness to take a drug test and background check
• Reliable transportation, a clean driving record, valid driver’s license, and car insurance

Pay

Competitive hourly pay ranging from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour, paid weekly via direct deposit.
