Stewarding Supervisor
About the role
This individual is a crucial part of the kitchen. This person knows that a successful culinary experience can only be created with sanitized and well-maintained equipment and facilities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean kitchen
- Properly organize the restaurant and back of house area
- Assists with the preparation of food as needed
Requested Tasks
- Load and unload dishwashing machines
- Wash specific items by hand (e.g. wooden cutting boards, large pots and delicate china)
- Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment accordingly
- Ensure there are enough clean dishes, glasses, and utensils, especially during peak hours
- Check washing machines' operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues
Requested Capabilities
- Efficient personality
- Ability to maintain multiple projects and high priority needs as required
